You can earn Loyalty Points on everything (except wool) that you buy at www.sewexciting.com.
Spend £1 (exc. VAT) to receive 1 point. Each point is worth 5p off future purchases.
Further details:
- Points cannot be earned on wool transactions.
- Points are deducted for refunded and cancelled orders.
- Points do not expire, so you can save up as many as you like.
How do I earn Loyalty Points?
You can earn loyalty points on everything you buy with us, with the exception of wool. Points will automatically be calculated to the nearest pound (exc. VAT) and added to your account.
How do I spend my Loyalty Point?
After selecting your delivery address at the checkout there is an option for you to redeem your loyalty points. Any remaining points will be stored for future purchases.
Loyalty points can be used against the product price (exc. VAT). Points cannot be used against VAT or delivery. If applicable, VAT is calculated on the total product and delivery cost. VAT is only charged if you are within the United Kingdom.
How long are my Loyalty Points valid for?
Your Loyalty Points will not expire.
Can I use my Loyalty Points to buy wool?
Yes you can, but you cannot earn Loyalty points with wool purchases.
Where can I see how many Loyalty Points I have?
You can check this in the ‘My Account’ section. The link to this is at the top right hand side of the home page.
- Points Earned: your total points earned on all orders.
- Points On Hold: your points held on orders waiting to be paid for.
- Points Available: your current balance of points available to spend.
- Points Spent: your points spent to date.
What happens if I cancel an order?
Our loyalty Points calculator will deduct those points from your balance.
Special Offer Discount Codes / Promotional Codes
Where and when will I receive a Special Offer Code?
These will feature in regular e-mails and sometimes in your delivery confirmation e-mail. Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter to ensure you get these codes.
How long are Special Offer Codes Valid for?
The valid dates will be clearly marked when you receive your Special Offer Discount Code.
Can I use a Special Offer Code more than once?
It will be clearly stated on the e-mail how often it can be used.
How is a Special Offer Code Calculated?
The discount is applied to the product price, but not the delivery charge. If applicable, VAT is calculated on the discounted price and delivery charge. VAT applies to customers within the UK.
Can I redeem my Loyalty Points and use a Special Offer Code at the same time?
These cannot be used in conjunction with each other, but you will still earn points if you use a Discount Code.
