Description:Blickling Hall, Norfolk, UK, stands o­n land which was o­nce property of King Harold. It was given by William the Conqueror to the Bishop of Norwich, Herbert de Losinga who built Norwich Cathedral and later still passed into the Boleyn family though there is no evidence that Anne was born in the house. The traditional sampler design represents the facade of the building with its gables, turrets with ogee tops and bay windows. This is part of the National Trust Cross Stitch Collection
